Would the act only help the student that graduate after the bill has passed?

I graduate in '08 and my plans are going back to Mexico. If the bill got passed later on would it help me?

I might apply to a community college in my area that *I think* does in-state tuition (not sure) if that is the case than I will be going there and working in the stables. There is nothing wrong with working in the stables espcially if you take free lesson !

If only community colleges offered a career in veterinarian medicine.

sounds pretty good to me...some community colleges offer vet tech as an option but its a competive major to get into...

I was thinking about that. I will be working with my vet next year as a school credit. If the community college doesn't have room for me. I think I will be sticking with the horse people and get as much knowledge as I can with luck they might give me a job.
