Can illegals own houses and businesses? - Page 3

I was watching right now tv (house of rep) and they want to make a law where illegals cant own houses or get financial loans from any bank institution,,,... meaning that right now is possible to buy a house in CA, and in other states because this "law" is in the house of rep as we speak..

Yes they can own a house my parents do...they got a loan thru bank libertad with their ITIN and they had to have file taxes for all the time they have been here which they have so they got it

My father owns his own business. He has to pay the IRS a debt though and he even told the IRS guy his status and the guy said that it was no problem as long as he payed his taxes. My parents are also renting to own. We use to rent for the owner of the house for about 5 years but when her husband died and she went to live with one of her daughters my dad was the first person they asked if he wanted to buy the house. Now I think they have about 2-3 years to finish paying the house. (They didn't ask for a bank loan eventhough my father did apply for one)
