Every school pretty much "accepts" illegal immigrants. It's simply a question of how much they'll bill you.

^There are states that don't give in-state tuition but still allow you to study if you pay out of state. Arizona's one example...

I don't understand. How can the school reject you based on your status? Weren't portions of IIRAIRA repealed? How does this comply with anti-discrimination laws?

I was under the impression that anybody can be accepted but you'll be billed as an international student (at least that's the case in the states around here).

Along with North Carolina community colleges now accepting undocumented students I found this.

Pomona - a private liberal arts school in California ( for you DREAMers in states that don't let you in)

http://www.tsl.pomona.edu/?page=news...2852&issue=106

Quote:
According to Pomona Financial Aid Director Patricia Coye, there have been a few cases at Pomona where the Office of Financial Aid has worked with undocumented immigrant students that needed financial help. Undocumented students, Coye said, have generally been honest about their citizenship status in their applications or financial statements, making it easier for the College to work with them to secure aid.

“We have had an informal policy, though not an official one, of offering financial aid to outstanding students who are undocumented immigrants,” said President David Oxtoby. “This is consistent with our goal of being open to excellent students of all backgrounds, and helping them to complete a Pomona education though generous financial aid support.”
