Dream Act commercial

I was driving to school listening to the radio and a commercial came out. This girl was saying that she graduated HS and she had a dream of becoming the best pediatrician, but it seemed imposible because she was illegal. Then they stared to talk about the dream act and urging people to support it. I was happy to hear that commercial, hopefully they will keep raising positive awareness like that through the media.

Costs money to put on that on commercial

Where do you reside? Because i have never heard something like that around here
