Dennis is immensely overshadowed (physically and metaphorically) by his hot, hot, hot wife. Elizabeth having a scandal in the White House would blow the top off Clinton's scandal.

That's exactly why he deserves some votes. Elizabeth's sex tape could single handedly put CSPAN's Congressional Ethics Committee meetings ahead of Lost and 24.
