Buying House???

hey there,

I am just wondering if undocumented people can buy houses here (US)?

I heard this thing about undocumented person from a relative who bought a house without any problem, NO SS but he have a ITIN, so just wondering if you can really do that.

I tried searching and found out that some banks give loans on ITIN and undoc. people can own houses. Are there any risks involved?

well, you may have to have a citizen to be your guarntor.

i think if you solely buy it there might be a problem, but if you have a co-signer, depending on the financial institution, they might be able to do it for you, ive heard of stories where this has happened.
