I was denied, I have no idea when they are going
to take my work permit away. I honestly don't like this
because I can't work, I was told that if I worked I would be in trouble. So much for
lawyers.........................

It sounds as though your giving up on your legal process ? Just because you may have hit a snag doesn't mean that you should give up on the Dream so many of us have of being in this country legally.

The most important question I think you should ask yourself was if you came in legally or not before the whole immigration process started out.It may take a while to find out but it certainly is the most important suggestion I can give at this time & also visiting this website might be more of help to you than this website.I would also like to mention try to learn the basics of the immigration law concerning your situation,it can go a looong way in routing out some of the scumbag lawyers!!!

No, I'm not leaving! I'm waiting to get a court date. Where I'll be able to fight my case based on the law. Unlike the idiots at USCIS that just go by facts because the don't know the law in detail or want to understand it like a lawyer or dudge does. And apparently FREEDON OF SPEECH DOESN'T APPLY TO ME, an illegal alien. I was told to watch what I say or else bad things can happen to me, I am serious. I feel that "they" are trying to bully me and make me feel scared, and here I thought "for liberty and justice for ALL". Neways I don't care what they say, I hope I win my case when it comes; even if I'm in dept ten thousand dollars in lawyer fees.

The reality is that you do really have to watch what you say around USCIS officials.Remember, they do control the entire process & it is mainly at their discretion on what to do with individual applications. When you get your Residency then say whatever the hell you feel, lol.
