ic. I always used the online application and it wouldn't let me submit it without me answering it. i always just put f-1 student visa o.O

In all the apps I've filled out, they always have an "Other" option or "Residency Applicant". I always pick either/or.

you can't do it online because you have to sign an AB540 application (or what ever it's called in your state).
