Anyways. couldn't MK's parents adjust while in removal proceedings if her sister is over 21? Technically even if their asylum case is denied her parents are not deportable. Mk on the other hand is because she unlike her parents does not have an immediate visa available. So they need their asylum case to be approved to keep MK here.
