I think someone should totally post completed sample forms just to see good examples...

Download CC Cleaner(it's free) and run the program. If you don't want to do that, just open up the website with a different brower.(firefox, google chrome, IE)..

For those can't open the forms still. What worked for me is right clicking then "open in new tab" and that seemed to do the trick.

Write an essay saying that what your parents make its not enough to cover all of your expenses. Also I wrote that I have plans of attending college, and have no savings as of now. Make it a bit dramatic, remember all that poem, essay, story writing we do in school? Just make it sound like you need it.

Example: I'm a 17 year old who is still dependent on his parents for expenses. Even though my parents work hard, sometimes it is not enough to cover my expenses from clothes to school supplies I always come short. I desperately need a job, but given my situation I can't work. I ask that you please grant me permission to work, so I can start saving money for college, because that is one of the goals I have set for next year; but given my financial situation as of now, and having no savings it would be impossible to go to college without a job. -Thank you

guys so question: my parents lost my original passport, but I imagined that would happen, so right before I took out the I 94. I have my recent passport, but I can't find the one with my visa. I still have all the other proof. You guys think that'll be a big problem?

On the worksheet, to determine if you need a work permit, if I let them know that I am making around $80k a year, will that disqualify me from getting the work permit? I am planing to send my tax returns as proof of residing in the US for 5 years, and they will see my salary from there... Any advise? Should I worry about it?

It is what it is, I wouldn't lie, anyway I do not have any income at all, so I'm putting zero nada in income and assets, I get help from my family to get by.

Ironic I have to send my application to Arizona.

That's actually a good question, I put my birth country/where I have citizenship. Residence could also mean where you have legal residence to stay, which would be your birth country correct? I don't think they would be asking what country are you living in, when a requirement for all this is to be currently in the U.S. Also, the question above and below are about your Birth place and Citizenship place.
