that's weird. I'm in FL and I also have a misdemeanor for underage drinking. it's actually quite common here. That is the only thing on my record. I've been pulled over before, but always was given warnings. It's good to be a chick sometimes.

I have three parking tickets and a red light camera ticket. All of them are paid off immediately, but still. I'm assuming that they all count as minor traffic violations.

Otherwise, I have never been stopped by a cop nor have I been arrested for any reason.

Also, I lost my I-94. But that's backed up with my entry stamp and copy of my police report.

You don't really have to prove your entry.

I got a disorderly conduct when I was 15. I got in a fight at school >.< I haven't sent the application because I'm too scared.

I also got caught skipping school and "reaking" of alcohol, again when I was 15. The officer meet with me but I didnt get a ticket, just suspended for the rest of the day for skipping.

I was also suspended when I was in middle school for having posters of Tupac, Eazy-E and Mr. Capone-E. I should point out that they were all wearing their bandana. My principle saw a pic of me throwing up the "west side" and searched my locker. He found those and called the cops on me for being a gang member. The cop didn't agree so no ticket for me.
I live in Iowa by the way.

I am now 23, accomplished and have definatelly moved on from my gangsta rap days.

I am still completely terrified to send in the application >.<

I think you are good don't worry about it and send it in. Just make sure to send the papers saying what you were charged with and that it was settled. If it wasn't recorded then you are good don't worry about anything.

I am debating whether to apply. I was a GATE student since 3rd grade. Honors classes all my life. Completely messed up my senior year got straight Fs n dropped out. I still havent graduated or got my GED. I have been classified as a gang member by the gang unit in Santa Ana because I have a tattoo on my finger. That's what worries me the most. FYIi have moved out of Santa Ana and I am not from any gang. I have been caught with marijuana at 16 did the class they offered and paid the fine. When I was 18 I was in a drug dependant program to get custody of my daughter. I passed it and got custody. At 18 I got a ticket for possession of marijuana no drivers license and front window tint. Got charged and paid the fines. At 21 I tried to cash my check at Wal-Mart with my fake ID and got taken to the station they ran my prints and let me go. D.A dropped the charges in exchange for a class I had to attend and I had to give them my DNA. I still don't know what to do. I have two kids that I support with my income from work my wife is a u.s citizen but a stay at home mom. I pay all the bills and the rent for our two bedroom apartment. I don't know if I can afford a lawyer. HELP

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT APPLY they're looking for people like you. Wait for CIR.

Wow. That's a long list of stuff on your record. Whether or not the charges were dropped or not, I'm sure most of it will appear on a background check and while most seem like minor offenses... the quantity of these cases may seem unfavorable... unforunately
On the other hand, why can't your wife petition for you if you guys are married?
Im sure you can get a greencard/citizenship that way soon!
