The question there would be "wouldn't usis have rejecte the application as soon as they saw it was not complete? Or @ Time of RFE" Something isn't meshing here....

I'm worried because i didnt input too much in my necessities to work... That worries me it was just a simple sentence saying i need to work to survive but i could of elaborated ...

She told me that the secretary asked them if they had any assets, and if they had any income coming in.... And that was it....so, im assuming she "secretary" input what my sister told her and thats it.... She didnt ask them to state their need for employment or anything......

Another thing is that, my sis n her husband filed their at same time......

And me and my other brother (single) filed at same time too..... Although he was approved back in january and is already working!! . Since we didnt have all of our docs ready.... We wanted to wait since its a one time shot and you CANT MISS IT!! . I always told them , sis her hub, to wait....t

It does seem like a curious situation. Let us know what the letters say once you get them. Hopefully this gets sorted out asap! It's tough, but all they can do is correct the mistake and wait some more.

Should be able to apply again, it really sucks but I have a suspicion from other cases I have worked with that it was probably an error by the lawyer of whoever filled out the paperwork (I would say still the lawyer since if someone else filled it out they should have verified all the information).

I would also strongly recommend that if you need a lawyer make sure they are BIA accredited lawyers and not just anyone, and make they are not notarios or just someone offering to fill out the paperwork for a fee that is not a lawyer or BIA accredited lawyer (there is a number to report them listed on the USCIS website).

Good luck, but all hope is not lost, definitely make sure that you meet all the requirements and start reading up on the DACA process. This forum has a wealth of information. I would also recommend looking at https://dreamerjustice.org/, it provides a quick method of determining your eligibility, and provides some additional resources based on the information that you provide.

I don't think there is appeal to executive order.

You can't appeal the decision, but you can re-apply if you believe you qualify.
