You will NOT be using the old form for DACA renewal. Please read the following update very carefully. There will be a revised form being released.

http://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/co...rivals-process

If your DL expires in 2017, you have nothing to worry about and you don't have to show them anything about your DACA renewal status. Only those individuals who live in states that only give DL's based on DACA expiry dates need to worry about this! Your DL expires in 2017. Worry about it in 2017.

My prediction is starting to unravel little by little. They are going to start delaying the renewal form as far back as they possibly can to try and disqualify as many people as possible. If not disqualifying us, then perhaps having us first applicants wait a year for our EAD to be renewed--another possibility. My question is why not release a brief statement confirming some sort of delay?

I hope I'm wrong and this renewal form is released on Monday. I start my dream job on Monday and would hate to lose it because of a late renewal process.

Come on guys! Let's be more positive. While USCIS said they will publish the form by late May, many applications like EAD's have been approved within 3 months. So even if the form comes out in June, those whose DACA were approved in September will still be covered. Don't get me wrong, the earlier the better. Very soon though, I'm sure.

While it's troubling no renewal info is out, I don't see how postponing renewals to disqualify as many of us as possible is politically advantageous to the administration or democratic party. Let's stay positive.

If there is nothing released tomorrow, I smell trouble brewing for us in the future. That's all I gotta say. Does USCIS even work on Saturdays??
