I don't think the passport thing is a deal breaker, I think they might use that for possibly faster background checks. I doubt they RFE you for that.

I have a question.

If USCIS plans to send an applicant a RFE, do they do so before or after biometrics?

I forgot to fill in the passport section and I don't remember if I signed page 5 of the I 821D.

After.

If your application is incomplete, they should catch it in the lockbox and return it from there.

If the lockbox doesn't catch it, you will probably receive an RFE after Biometrics.

Well it does say to send them in, however they are for the most part unused, instead they use the one from the biometrics appointment.

$400 to fill out 3 forms (1 average length, 2 short) and to mail them in? Not at all, just read it all, and answer. If you need help come to us.

One of two things will happen:
1) They'll approve it regardless and assume you never had a passport, or
2) They'll reject it and return the packet back to you.

Mine is expired and I entered the info anyway.

Last thing I need is them coming back asking me why I neglected to input my passport information when I clearly have one...considering they have a copy of it from my first DACA, lol.

There is also a statement somewhere in the instructions that for ID purposes in general, an expired passport is fine...so maybe overall that means expired passports are alright and that they don't care too much that it expired.

For those of you who don't want to spend $20-$30 on shipping but want it to get there fast.. You can ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day which includes tracking (cost $5.60). You will not get a signed confirmation from JC though..lol I mailed mine Friday and it got there today, Saturday.
