Biometrics for renewal - Page 10

Got my biometrics letter yesterday and the appointment was for 7/23 but I did a walk-in today and there was hardly anyone there. In and out in 5 minutes. I live in Houston by the way and I went to the Hwy 6 and Voss ASC around 10 a.m. The receptionist was very polite and a nice Asian lady took my prints and photo.

Bellflower ASC allows walk ins even with 8 or 9 people ahead of me. No questions asked. I went in at 12:50pm and was out by 1:28pm.

Did my bios 6/24 and it was scheduled for 7/8 at the Buena Park location in California. I was the 9th person there and had no issues, the lady taking my fingerprints was extremely nice and the guard was indifferent. I bumped into a friend from High school.

Did my bio today that was scheduled for 7/10 at the Oakland Park asc. No questions asked. There was about 10 other people there doing bios but the process went quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes

Does no one have a full time job? lol. I have to take a day off work to do my biometrics, so I will probably stick with my appointment on the off chance they don't let me do a walk-in.

I do have a full time job... i will wait until my appoinment date... and i wont miss a full day of work because the ASC is 5min away from my job my appoinment is at 1pm... but i will go during my lunch at 12pm and try to get back to work asap...

Yes I do. In my company, they offer us two personal days off that we can use anytime no questions asked.

Yeah I work full time at a hospital. I just took the morning off.

My biometrics date is 7/18 but I went in 7/3 for a walk in. I went to the Dallas center. She then proceeded to say that since it wasn't a busy day that they could take me.

I got there about 12:30 pm.

Hi - can I go to a different USCIS center other than the one stated in the letter? Can anyone please confirm this for me? Thanks so much!
