Can someone answer my question on what you all listed for current status on the 1765

YO WHAT THE HELL. I think USCIS just limited who can apply to renew to those who expired between September 5, 2017 and March5, 2018. I don't remember this being on their site until just now:

I’m confused. Is it worth it to renew if you expire outside the 150 day time frame?

Or wait.. is this for the people who’s apps got stalled in the mail?

“If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or your DACA was previously terminated at any time, you cannot request DACA as a renewal (because renewal requests typically must be submitted within one year of the expiration date of your last period of deferred action approved under DACA), but may nonetheless file a new initial DACA request in accordance with the Form I-821D and Form I-765 instructions. “

This is the line that tells me that outside of 150 days is ok.

I’d send ur thing in ASAP, if nothing else, this administration has proved to be bipolar. Who know when they gonna just stop this. I’m about 60 days over, but it should be ok as they also know how long it would take to renew this.

6 months is the general rule. People are taking a chance and going off of within a year. It's worth a shot.
