Well, considering the CSC is located in one of the most, if not the most, conservative counties in the state (Orange County) I wouldn't be too sure we're completely out of the woodwork out here in California
However, I will say, most Fed workers tend to be more on the 'lib' side, I'm sure they value their jobs and love their benefits.
