yes, the outcome is determined at the time of application. and i believe you find out the result once you pass your driving test. if your paper permit says temporary or interim.

Question; when turning on any intersection where there is a pedestrian, do you have to wait until they make it all the way across and on the sidewalk on the other side, to go ahead and turn? Or can yo go once they're more than halfway across and out of the way?

You can run over them if you wish...don't blame me though. LOL Most drivers just wait until they are out of the way half way through. The correct way is for you to wait for them until they make it all the way across. I just turn when they are out of the way but for your test, make sure you wait.

my dad failed because he didn't wait until the pedestrian hopped onto the curb. even though he was like 1 step from doing so and the pedestrian was obviously 44 miles away from the car.
