Hi guys,

My EAD expires on 8/17/16 and I think I have been approved (I hope). This is my second renewal.

Here is my timeline:
Submitted my application on 3/21/16
USCIS received my application on 3/24/16
Completed my biometrics on 4/1/16

I have tried everything possible to try to get my cases approved. I have submitted cases inquiries, tried to expedite, emailed Nebraska Service Center, submitted an Ombudsman request, and contacted my congressman's office.

Today I received an email from the immigration case worker from my congressman's office. She let me know that me and my sister's DACA renewal cases have been approved.

After the email I immediately checked "my case status", but the status did not change. When I logged into my USCIS account, I saw that my status message had changed to "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you" for both I821D and I765 cases.

I hope my status changes to "card in production" soon. I wont believe it until I receive my card.
This has really been exhausting and I really hope I have been approved.

Let this be the start of the wave.

Hey guys. My EAD expires on Sept 16th and like all of you have been waiting to get approved. Last update I see on my case was on April 29th, it basically says that my bio appt was scheduled. I did bio back in May 18th. When should I submit a case inquiry? Is it a month before it expires? Thanks

I'm new to this but have been following for a while. I also expire on 8/17. I submitted a case inquiry on the 106th day. This is what I received yesterday:

The status of this service request is:

The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is closely monitoring the expiration dates of initial Form I-821D, Consideration for Deferred action for Childhood Arrivals, and Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization Document. We are working the renewals in the order of previous card expirations. There is no authorization to allow expedited processing of the renewals. However, if your card is a few days away from expiring and your case was filed at least four months prior we will review the case to ensure it is in proper placement. You must also have attended your biometrics appointment at the Application Support Center.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

What should I do next? Please advise.

Can you actually post your case number but leave the last 3 digits blurred? I want to scan cases above and below to see if there is a trend going on.

My congressman are all Republicans and anti-immigration, so I am kind of hesitant of contacting them with all my personal information and my case

Very hopeful, Mine has the same dates as your for submission. 3/21/16. Just checked my account, shows still in process. Hopefully it will change very soon.

Based on what I have seen in this forum ( except for 2 cases from February) all seem to have filing dated starting from March, 2016. Fingers crossed. If we have seen 3-24-16 application dates being aproved means a wave of incoming from NSC.
