SSN started being issued at random since June 25, 2011.

Well, then I guess is random and you don't have to worry. When I looked it up the 2011 update didn't come up. Mine is regional because I've had for 16 years.

Because I am not legal. There are many of us that already have ssn's because we have previous cases. I had a previous ead, others had it because they were given to them as minor children but aged out of the system. So, they were not able to complete their process because they turned 21. My parents were victims of a fraudulent notario, so you can have an ssn assigned to you, but not be legal.

Same here... A SSN does not grant you the right to work in the US.

i am married, was working getting paid cash, reported that on my i765ws, have a child, and i am 26 years old. have a bachelors degree. I believe we will all get approved it is only a matter of time. They have not only our apps to go thru but other people who are also applying for regular residency, citizenship, i765 etc....I know we are impatient since we have been waiting sooooo long for this.

I dont know if this has happened to some here,
But this other nice lady says her daughter gother permit right away but it turns out her deferred action is still in initial review! She called and was informed that she got the permit but still not approved for daca. Wtf... That it does take 4 - 6 mos to approved but u approved ones in here got both approved right?

I know i know jjglo has been saying this forever but how bizarre...

I think they are approved for both, and they should contact uscis to find out through email. Because you can't have I-765 without DACA. So, your daca is approved. Those people are badly trained. Broken system for sure. I think they fail to click you are approved in the system.
