How did you earn money from 08 to now?
did you both rent aprtments all this time?
was your name on the lease?
Bank accounts, check tabs, any employer that has payed you in cash, can fill out an affadavit saying that he payed you for a specific time period, you must get it approved by an attorney..
Vaccines? Bird flu, MCV4, go to any place where you have presented your ID

Unfortunately no Doc visits and Affidavits are looked down upon by USCIS (as per attorney). wonder what other people used. I dont have pay stubs, no bank account, no paper trial. i wonder how strict USCIS will be if i send in whatever i have.

If you get a money order just make sure its from USPS although its very difficult to trace if they have been claimed, make them payable to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security
85 and 380

if you wish to trace if they have been claimed you can a cashiers check at your bank...

I prefer your brother give you money in cash for you to purchase the money orders, and puy your name on them.
USPS charges around $1.50 per money order

Brother was working and supporting us. lease under his name. all vaccinations were done while i was going to school. all other such as flu shots etc were walk ins at local pharmacy.

Maybe i just submit whatever i have and hope for the best.

On page 8 of the I-765 instructions, it says

"The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the United States..."
This might be a stupid question, but is the USPS or a drug store considered a financial institution?

Dont do that! youre asking to be rejected. You need to think more, I dont beleive you were lockrd inside of an apartment for 4years....

Do you have a car? did you pay or still pay for it?
Any traffic tickets? YOUR PHONE NUMBERS... have they been under your name?
go to your Mobile service provider an request a call history report.

Yes, its the safest money order you can send, not wella fargo, not walmart money order... those are faulty...

I am definitely thinking. Its not that i was locked inside apt, but without ssn, ID, bank card etc its hard to keep paper trail. Unfortunately no car under my name, no license/ID, no bank account. i have a cell phone frm 07 but that is under brother name. they can only go back 1 year, any longer history will need to come in the form of a court subpoena. Same goes for email login by IP address. i need court order to retrieve full history.

I have requested my timestamp punches from my local gym. but that will only be from march of 12 to present time.

A couple of questions for form I-765 :

#12-14

I haven't left the U.S ever since I first arrived in 2000, should i leave these questions blank? Or should i put the info of when i first came to the U.S in 2000?
For #14:
What would the Manner of Last entry be if I came by plane with my Passport and Visa?

Thanks
