I just scanned 500 cases above and below my case and none have been approved. They all have "Scheduled Biometrics" or "Case Received" status ...

The My USCIS Case Status feature seems to be less accurate than online accounts. There have been reports of people already having already completed biometrics but were still listed as "Application received" or "Biometrics scheduled." Additionally, there is a report out from NILC apparently that Nebraska is experiencing some computer glitch that is causing some of the delays. I've only seen that report here on the forum, but it seems that the USCIS information infrastructure is all over the map.

Also, the IOE numbers cover a wide array of case types, not just DACA renewals.

As i was just checking 100 cases at a time, each 100 case contains 25-45 cases of DACA, and I went to 20000 prior to mine, the date of those cases is 4 days before mine. there seem to be a system, it's just we don't know the actual order.

Based on the various responses received from NSC and other places Like NILC, It is very clear that they do not expedite cases, secondly cases are handled on FIFO basis and thirdly their computer system is all over the place and lastly as we understand in this forum there are pending cases from 2-8-16 onward awaiting approval. However the fact is that one of our members and her sister have been approved with filing date 3-24-16. Bottom line let us all pray and hope for good news very soon.

Just got a response from an email inquiry to SCOPSSCATA which inquired on my case from Nebraska. Here is the response from NSC:
Good afternoon,

Your Forms I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, and r I-765, Application for Employment Authorization According to USCIS records this case review is still ongoing and it could take several months before a final decision is made. Unfortunately, agency guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of Forms I-821D. Therefore, your form will be processed in the order in which it was received.

Please note that estimated processing times are processing goals and not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe. Due to the pending caseload at the Nebraska Service Center, these DACA applications will be worked, in order, as timely as processing and adjudication resources will permit. We have no specific time frame as to how long this might take.

We hope that this information will be of assistance to you. At this time I am closing your inquiry on this matter.

Sincere Regards,

USCIS Nebraska Service Center
This is frustrating.

That sucks. This basically says that they could take a year if they wanted to.
