PRO-IMMIGRANT TIP:

If you'd like to speak to someone at USCIS and can't get through to the agent, just call the National Customer Service Center number and when prompted to press any numbers for options, DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING. The first question the bot will ask you is if you'd like to continue in English. If you dont press anything, it will say "If you are calling from a Rotary phone, please stay on the line" after a few seconds, you'll be directly connected to an agent. Sometimes they might start speaking Spanish, so just say you'd like someone to speak in English (that is if you prefer English over spanish of course)

A rep also tried to do a service request on my I-821D, which he got an error for that read that the Nebraska Service Center was currently processing apps from may 2012 and that it would take time to get to august 2012.


Which didnt make any sense to me because the DACA app itself was released on august 15th, I told the agent that and he repeated the same thing to me so I was like whatever

Wow guys I finally got approved today after 2 request for evidence. I was so happy. Shaking and crying and jumping. My life is now gonna change. Thank you god.

well they actually are processing case from may 2012 just not DACA case but that doesn't matter because old case still take immigration officers
