Maybe there should a template, where it is formulated, expressing the frustration of the delay and the fact that there's no interim document, we are losing jobs and stuff, asking as a group to ask the secretary to give us the interim ID. this way it will seem like we are organized, and it will be easy for people to copy and paste the letter too, more people can then send the email.

Who is a good writer and wants to take the lead on the template? We are running out of time and need to organize asap!

I contacted them yesterday after seeing someone posted their email. I know they won't be able to do much but we need to report these issues
"Hi. Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear about your stressful situation. We have indeed been hearing much about these delays. I have forwarded your email to a staff attorney who will get back to you as soon as possible"

I emailed them two weeks ago. I got the same reply. They did assign me a staff attorney, but all they can do is create a service request. According to the service request, USCIS won't even look at your request until it's 10 days from expiring. Being that mine expires on 8/17, I was advised not to expect a response until 8/7.

I'm also not 100% believing some of the people who posted saying they got their approvals. I spot tracked about 5000 receipt numbers before me, and all I'm seeing are RFEs or scheduled biometrics.

I created a service request also. Mine is set to expire on 9/4 and the service request is supposed to get back to me on 8/19

I'll keep you guys updated if anything happens

Using the My USCIS Case Status tracking system has not been completely accurate. There have been several reports of people having the same status listed (e.g. "application received") for several weeks even when theor status has changed, for example, having already completed their biometrics. There's also been at least one post where someone saw a different status on the tracker than on their USCIS account.

This could be true. It's a different application but according to this thread, what user breakfree101 reported maybe a sign of approval for ELIS based applications even though status outside of login may not be updated. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/to...-uscis-status/.

Like everything else, we can't confirm until we see more cases and data.

Here is the screenshot. The cases on "my uscis status" did not update. It still says "case was received and a receipt notice as emailed" and "Biometrics appointment was scheduled" so you wont be able to see some sort of trend on there unfortunately.

As you can see in the picture, today a new notice regarding my DACA renewal approval was uploaded.

I still haven't received an update regarding my EAD. Hopefully soon.

I really hope everyone receives their approvals soon.

Thank you so much for this information. At a worst case scenario, 000 being the last 3 digits, you are ahead of ke by 30585 applications. I hope my renewal comes soon.
