Has your DACA been approved? Note that they will not give you any info if its for daca, if its for EAD you have a bigger chance depending on the teller. Good luck

The answer was that my application was received on sept 27. Also, the agent told me that they already received my bio-metric. I asked what did she mean by "received your biometric?" She said they already received my FBI background check. Then she asked me if it was my first time calling? I said yes She told me that if by DEC 28(90 days period) I have not received and answer, I should submit a service request. That was the end of the call EVEN THOUGH MY DEFERRED ACTION HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED YET, AND 30MIN AFTER CALLING USCIS. MY I-765 WAS APPROVED AND MY EAD IS IN PRODUCTION. AGAIN, I AM WORRY ABOUT MY I-821D WHICH STILL IN INITIAL REVIEW. IF YOU HAVE A "SPECIAL CASE"(MAYORKAS) LIKE MINE, PLEASE SHARE IT. ANY ADVICE AND COMMENT WILL BE WELL TAKEN. HERE IS MY TIMELINE.
