Rule of thumb on "assets": if it's not generating revenue or can be very easily converted to tradable currency (in other words, you can sell it off immediately), or currency itself (either in cash form or banking account), it's not assets.

Another question I have. Does USPS Priority Mail fall under Express mail/courier service?

P.5 (F)
But aren't we suppose to be Page 5 (E)? We aren't applying under a final order of deportation, we are applying for deferred action. So why would it be (F)?

Thanks.

Edit: Just want to triple check.

We put (C)(18 ) for our eligibility?

I know the instructions state to put "Unlawful Status: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals by ICE" for question 15 on the form I-765, but that doesn't fit.

Is your abbreviated version "Unlawful Status: DACA" acceptable?

Or should we put "Unlawful Status: DACA by ICE"?

It seems the "by ICE" phrase should be included only if you have already been granted deferred action by ICE.

Page 5, #8 F-1 is where most of us fall under. 8, F-2 is "If US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deferred action on your case", then you would put down "Unlawful Status: DACA by ICE". If not, "Unlawful Status" or "Unlawful Status: DACA" should suffice because your application is not going through ICE.

So, what do we do with an ITIN? Do we list it where the SS should be given that we have used it to file taxes? Or do we leave that blank as it's not really a SS?

I'd leave it blank. The only time you can put an ITIN instead of an SSN is for tax purposes (or credit checks if you were allowed to use your ITIN number to build credit). I'd submit a copy of the ITIN though.
