It would suck to break an arm or leg right now! Since people with casts will be asked to reschedule their appointments.

LoL...was remembering this episode of The Simpsons when Homer tries to get back in the US. I don't remember if it was Canada or Mexico where he was coming from. He was sanding his fingerprints so they wouldn't recognize his indentity. Lol

I think this is the only issue holding back on the processing of the application... Once the biometrics are done, then they will have everything(all info) on the applicant and will be able to grant/deny deferred status and EADs... so yeah.. the process seems fast and smooth...

Also remember, Biometrics appointments also depend on the availability of those appointments in your area (at your local ASC)

I'm in NJ so this might be a toss up, lol. We have a strong immigrant population, but it's not like NYC.

Got my i797c's today, for both. I am from the chicago lockbox received on the 17th....


PS anyone from chicago lockbox/nebraska routed get an appointment for biometrics?
