Arri88 I think yours is going to be the Tax paper too... Maybe you need to send more info for that year...

yeah, i f was ARRI88, i would gather more evidences from that year and have it ready when the letter comes...Just to not waist time

I dont have any other evidence.. just one bank statement from january 2007 and a school bill from like march 2007...

Send that in. To me it looked like you had a gap from June 2006 to June 2007. I know it isn't supposed to matter but I think it looks suspicious that you evidence for everything but that time period.

I doubt they are gonna be so strict on proving presence for last 5 years. I think you're good on that. I think it's just something minor. I have a question for you. What's your nationality?

Im wondering if they are being more strict on proving presence to Mexicans since they could cross the border back and forth.

Im worried about getting an rfe and not bring able to provide enough. If they were gonna this strict on the 5 years continuous presence, there's no way I'll be able to get enough evidence for it. Maybe if I send em like 30 affidavits lol

Shit I might get an RFE. All I sent were honor roll certificates and awards I got from high school. for 2007 - 2009.

But being an overstay, I think they won't be too picky about it since it would have been extremely hard to leave and come back.
