I took the driving test at Sahara yesterday and passed it! Route was a little different than the one MadMan wrote out but it's still pretty easy. Lady was very nice.

UPDATE Nevadans!
My brother just received his Social Security Card today in the mail. My brother applied for took and passed his permit test on 12/26/12. He also went to the SSA the same day.
My sister received her EAD in the mail, as well. My sister was approved on 12/27/12.
... and I'm here waiting for approval still, like this:
