i think i rather do an e request first and go from there , but ive heard of cases where ppl done that ombudsman , and got approved , not exactly right away but ended up getting approved , ahhh i think ima just go back to washing dishes and let time find its way

No they don't hold your Application only service centers hold the applications. They never transferred cases to ombudsman office They have no jurisdiction over those applications Only the service centers do. all that the ombudsman office Does is case assistance on cases that are delayed by USCIS that are backlog systems. They try to mainstream applications that are Beyond processing times but right now DACA there's no official processing time so they're waiting to hear back from USCIS to get a notification to make sure that they know the exact processing time for I821D and send the request not put them on hold anymore. I did the ombudsman form DHS 7001 via online they contacted about 1 week later and told me that They were going to send request to the officer working on my case but I haven't heard from them since they told me it would take within 2 months before I hear back from there offices.

Well I'm really hoping u hear something very soon
I know u mentioned having health problems
I just don't know why is taking so damn long
