I almost made a pretty big mistake. I saved all applications from last time and I was just about to update the info and send them all in. If it wasn't for the passport question that some of you brought up, I would have send the previous version of the 821D application.

You just take the envelope, pay the money and they do the rest correct? And 2 day would be to secondary address right?

No, you find the flat rate envelopes that they provide for free. Put your paperwork inside ( I put then in a manila envelope first) then put the shipping address and tour return address with a label or hand written on the designated area. Then pay at the counter or kiosk machine. If you don't know which envelope, ask someone for the flat rate 2 day shipping ones. Hope that helped. NO, the first address. The second is for the expensive 20-30 dollar ones.

Does anybody know what they will do if you did not answer some questions? It was the part about passport. I don't know how I have missed that part argh...please help!
I though you only have to put the passport information for people who are requesting DACA for the 1st time, if you read the directions on how to fill out the form it said for part 3, which is where the for the passport is and it's only for initial request only

Very dumb question I know, but do you send it out like this

USCIS Chicago Lockbox Facility
USCIS
P.O. Box 5757
Chicago, IL 60680-5757

Is the USCIS Chicago Lockbox Facility part necessary?

If you go to uscis and where you get the form I-821d it has the link for the instructions there and it page one or two of the instructions. Telling you what each part is for. Let me know if you have problems finding it, I'll send it to you once I'm on my home computer.

Hi guys! quick question…
On form i-765 for question #15 do we put "lawfully present under DACA" or "unlawful status: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals by USCIS"?
I have been hearing many different answers/suggestions about that specific question and I'm very confused!
Help is appreciated!
