DACA wasn't an executive order. It was a memorandum by Janet Napolitano under prosecutorial discretion (Trump has said indeed he will cancel all memorandums also LOL..but I don't believe him). That is the only one in effect. The rest I don't know much about but they were all shot down by the Supreme Court.

I'll say this: Trump pandered to the extreme right to get elected and it worked however the only positive thing I'll say about Trump is that he's not stupid. Guiliani has always seen the merits with immigration reform and favored it in New York. As someone who lived in New York I know what I'm talking about. He will advise Trump that he has to tread lightly and will remind him that America needs immigrants (to do the manual and menial jobs their precious Americans won't do). I have repeatedly said America will need immigrants for self preservation.

Think about this also: We're all upset that Trump won but Hillary would have have faced the same obstacles Obama did because Republicans now control the House and Senate. There's no way in hell she would have waived her magic wand and immigration reform would have passed. We need to face reality. The bottom line is, believe it or not, given the current Republican House and Senate we stand a better chance that Trump will actually do the right thing for all the wrong reasons. If he values the American economy like he says he does, he may not pass reform but at the very least, he might keep DACA with an outrageous fine that will bankrupt the hell out of us.

I see your points but you are forgetting that he was to appease to his base.

Additionally, fair point about Hillary winning with Republicans in congress but I wasn't counting on CIR. DACA was working well for my needs...

A Trump Administration would execute on the following ten-point plan to restore integrity to our immigration system, protect our communities, and put America first:

Build a Wall on the Southern Border
End Catch-and-Release
Zero Tolerance for Criminal Aliens
Block Funding for Sanctuary Cities
Cancel Unconstitutional Executive Orders & Enforce All Immigration Laws -I think we fall under this category.
Suspend the Issuance of Visas to Any Place Where Adequate Screening Cannot Occur
Ensure that Other Countries Take Their People Back When We Order Them Deported
Finally Complete the Biometric Entry-Exit Visa Tracking System
Turn Off the Jobs and Benefits Magnet
Reform Legal immigration to Serve the Best Interests of America and its Workers

P.S. this comes from their website https://www.greatagain.gov/policy/immigration.html

What happens with the lawsuits filed in NY, IL, and CA to end the ext.DACA delay?

What happens with all pending EAD renewals (DACA, deferred action, stays of deportation,) etc?

Didn't Trump talk about Dream Act? How he wants to pass it?

Should be expect eDACA/DAPA to go up for a vote?

70% percent of voters support a path to legalization for us. This might change his methods going forward.
