Official DACA RENEWAL Process Time Thread! - Page 110

Hello Everyone,

I called USCIS this morning and was told by a spanish speaking representative that a local immigration office might be able to grant me a "carta de permiso provisional". A temp work permit or some type of extension since my Defered Action was approved last month, but they have not been able to get to my EAD renewal.

To be honest I am skeptical, but at this point I am willing to try anything to keep my job. My appoitment with the local immigration office is next Wed. I'll keep you guys posted...

Hey I expired 9/25 and had to leave my job too.. only today am I receiving my EAD according to usps tracking. Don't fret too much over it. I was in your shoes, and soon you'll be in mine. Stay strong.

Hmmm...my DACA and EAD expire on December 14. I mailed my application on September 29 and my biometrics is scheduled for October 24. I might be screwed reading some of these posts.

I sent it back in early august and all ive gotten is a name update...

I expire the same day as you! Yeah, I think you should have given yourself more time..
My application was sent in July and I did Bio's on 8/18 as y0u can see in my timeline. I'd rather lose a month or so by being approved early then to fall out of work status..

Sent renewal 8/11/14
Biometrics : 9/8/14
Approved 10/11/14

So what exactly will my packet consist of?
I know that I need the three forms and an option 4th one.

What else do I need?

No evidence necessary.
Make sure to have 2 passport sized photos,
Check/money order.

Got approved yesterday, can't appreciate it enough. Hopefully good things are coming for the other dreamers who can't apply yet.
