They have been releasing it every month. Last one was around November 15, so this one should be around December 15.

Sooo I know this is a stupid question...

But whats a service request? Is that when your app has been 90days and no word from them?
Do you guys advice calling uscis to inquire about my status..?

You still have patience?, mines running thin and i know this process is suppose to take 4-6 months.

A Service Request can be filed if your application has taken longer than the expected processing time. The I-765 has an expected processing time of 90 days, that is why some people have called in to do a Service Request. What they fail to realize is, USCIS has stated that the 90 day processing time for your I-765 application doesn't start until USCIS has deferred action in your case a.k.a. when your I-821D is approved, which has an expected processing time of 4-6 months.

A few people have already heard a response to their Service Request, and it basically validates what I said, to wait.
