Just a quick question, did any of you call the USCIS office to review your case? I did that yesterday and told them that my case almost reached the 90 days and 3 hours later I received the email saying my card was being made. It might work if you guys call in too?

How can I call nebraska?

I called the number they give you and the guy I had was really friendly and looked into my case, he put me on hold and talked to some other guy, then he sent an email to Nebraska, and he said I should hear from them within 15 days. Its worth a try?

90 days from what date? Every time I call them they give me the 4-6 month story

90 days from when I sent in my application. I specifically asked the guy why it's taking so long and in what order they are going and he tried giving me the " we approve according to date applied BS" and I told him that people that applied after me were already approved. He told me he was gonna see what he could do about it, then he put in the 15 day thing, if they don't reply to you within 15 days, they'll give you an e-mail to contact, and if that email doesn't do anything then they give you a more direct e-mail. It's pretty dumb that they only give you emails and not phone numbers to directly settle the issues.
