California seemed to have been working quicker than the other service centers! I dont know what happend! ugggh

I also noticed this while checking the forum. I think it depends on the workload of the person handling each case, like in my case, my brother and I sent it in the mail at the same time, both did the Bios the same day, and he received his EAD in the mail today and I'm not even approved yet.

so today I got a "Transfer Notice" in the mail

saying my case has been moved from the Vermont Service Center to the Nebraska Service Center

it says it was done to speed up processing...so hopefully I get approved soon

I dont know what happened, it is sooooo frustrating though! Ive seen a lot of rfes from csc lately though. The case number before mine got one just the other day... Hopefully i dont get rfed....Blah.

And to top it off, quite a few numbers around me have gotten approved; some more recently too.

I just got RFE in the USCIS online status, now I'm nervous I don't know what evidence they might be requesting, I have to wait for that letter.

Hey, my application was received on October the Twenty-sixth and I'm still waiting to see if I'm approved or not. If I am not approved, I wont cry like some drama peeps here. I think that you just have to try to win with the cards you are dealt. I am in deportation proceedings and my last court date is coming up in May. I am in a state of mind where I "know" I will be denied, because of a couple misdemeanors. If I do get approved, however, I will be very happy, but if not, at least I'm mentally prepared for that possibility. Does anyone know how long (after a decision has been made) it takes them to update the electronic tracking of your case?

Yeah, same here. About 90% of the 100 numbers around
Me are approved. Hopefully our time is coming my friend

Ugh, that sucks :/ but the rfe could be anything really so don't panic. gather any info you think might be useful. Good luck to you, keep us updated..What is your timeline and what service center is your case being processed at?
