And the people really pushing for that are UWD, because in reality they don't want anything. They need things to continue like this. They can't afford something to pass or else their donations will go down drastically. Our main enemy now is UWD and all similar organizations.
100% correct, many people and organizations have benefited from us and other illegal immigrants. These are businesses and we are the product. They don't what that to stop. That is why they are pushing the take all or nothing approach. They know it won't go anywhere but they can still say "I did my best, donate to continue the fight."

I sometimes think they learned how to exploit from the NCAA.

Come on...UWD is no where near as powerful as McConnell. I don't agree with all of UWD's tactics and I think they do focus on donations too often, but I have yet to see a good faith proposal by the GOP to deal with DACA that UWD prevented from being voted into law.

Knowing Mitchy...I think he got swayed by Trump a lot. He's an establishment Republican and he every well knows that Dreamer fix is long overdue. I have faith that he can be brought on board by Biden himself and also seeing how Trump lost he might realize that the electorate is fed up with his party...But be careful of the extreme left that wants "Clean DA" ....they should be kept out of all negotiations. We need to approach this how Ted Kenney and John McCain would (God bless those two men..true American Patriots).

I hope you are right about Mitch...but he's the same person (pre-Trumpism) who stated the GOP Controlled Senate would obstruct, obstruct, obstruct at the beginning of Obama's second term.

It's fine to start negotiations with "Clean DA" because the other side will probably start with "Super Restricted + 4 pillar DA". As long as both sides are willing to compromise.

You need to start with bipartisan support or it will go nowhere. Both sides will turn it into a dick-measuring contest only to find they are both below the two-inch mark.

There are many decent bills that had bipartisan cosigners that can be the base. The first offer needs to be enough to get their interest and bring them to the table. If GOP want a wall, I say give it to them.... It does not make a big difference either way. We can just call it tactical barrier if that helps the Dems swallow it.

Comprehensive immigration reform would be a difficult sell, but framing immigration as a way to help restart the economy could work.

McConnell just said that he sides with Trump on his idea of putting lawsuits in swing states.

He's a disgrace him and Graham. They both said before that there will be a "peaceful transfer." They will both face Karma very soon from the American public. Those two Georgia Senate seats will definitely go to the Dems.

Its all about their voters. If they are seen as disloyal to Trump, then they will be voted out and get 0 donations. All part of the game.

We are really lucky that Trump didn't get his cronies to fill all the positions on the state level. It is the GOP on the state level that are saving this election. They are speaking up that there was no systemic election fraud. If Trump had another 4 years I'm not so sure we would have this safeguard.

I hope so but the probability of two senate seats in GA is very low. I'm praying we at least pick up one though.
