Has anybody had to fill out the W-4 yet? I have to fill mine out by tomorrow, and I'm having trouble. Can anybody PM me with help, please?

Specifically, I don't know if I should file as a non-resident alien or a resident alien because I think I do meet the Substantial Presence Test (i.e. I've been living continuously in the U.S. since 2002).

That part in specific has to so with your state, I think right? And yes, you're a resident alien for tax purposes as far as I know. That's how I filled out mine anyway.

Fuck
I'm a total noob on getting hired & job stuff but what's so bad about that question? They're just asking if you're allowed to work right? Or am I missing something here?

What would be a good place to apply for someone who graduated HS & has no work experience? I'm basically down to work anywhere except food places but will take a job at a food place if need be..

No job still, too many psychology tests out there and my lack of experience is not helping me out.
