Mine was received 1/18 and I still haven't had my bio scheduled either. To make things worse, I expire about 8 months before you =/

Incredibly frustrating to see people apply a week after to be ahead in the process.
Obviously, I am happy for those who are hearing back quickly and wish everyone the best. Just venting.

It took about 2 weeks for me to receive acceptance notice in the mail after they said they mailed out. and they are still not online for me. So, as long as you have your bio letter online, you are good, print it and use that.

My case was received on the 1/19 and accepted on the 22nd, I still haven’t seen anymore action regarding biometrics ....

Anyone here who sent their renewals to Chicago lockbox????

I sent mine on the 19th, got a message on the 29th that they received my papers and they even cashed my check already.

No receipt yet or bios or anything else.

What's the timeline for Chicago??

Guys the USPS tracking status of my package updates EVERY DAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY to "processing exception." How can the exception be processed every day? It's been two weeks already! I am freaking out, I feel like someone is tampering with my package.

Have you tried calling the help hotline? Or doing a 'where is my package' inquiry online?

Mine was delivered to Dallas lockbox on 1/26. And I haven't heard anything since. I've checked my online account but there's nothing saying they've received my request. I'm starting to get nervous.

Dude, stop waiting and send another packet out. Cancel the check. I sent out a form to another government agency back in December with signature and everything, and it still says in transit today. So I sent out another copy and they got it in like 4 days. I went to the post office, they told me once it's out to deliver, it's out of their hands.

Use UPS. Make sure you're sending it to the right address.
