I just called them up myself and the lady I spoke to said that she couldn't disclose when the appointment is, but she was able to tell me that the Bio letter was sent out on 11/19.
Oh well, at least I know I'll get a letter soon.

You can make timelines by going to Forum Links (on the left side) -> Control Panel -> Edit Signature
