Stupid uscis! I was on hold for almost 2 hours waiting for a level 2 officer and they just click on me!
So frustrating!

I was finally able to speak to a level 2 officer. After waiting another two hours.. The officer told me that my case was on hold because the background security checks were still open, and that they can not proceed further without that coming back cleared. Other then that, she said that everything else was ok. Hopefully, that is good news.

Just wanted to let everyone know that after 13 months, I was approved!!!!! my daca is still pending, but my ead went in to production yesterday. What a wonderful feeling and what a relief!

10 months later!?? this march 21 it is going to be 5 months of waiting for my boyfriend!!:/ I hope he gets his approval. Do they asked you for RFE.?
