Hi guys, I'm new to the forum.. found it thanks to google. I'm just about done filling my renewal but I'm stuck on the passport question. That last passport I had (other than the Mex consulate passport) was about 20 something years ago. It was a family passport for my Mom, my brother and me. Supposedly we had two copies of it, one with the American stamp, and one without the stamp.. but we lost the American one and now we only have the Mexican copy. Should I N/A those questions since I don't have the info of the American one or should I put the Mex passport info? How would you answer the passport questions?

Hey everybody. I'm not quite sure about #11 question, especially "Which USCIS Office" part. I just put Vermont Service Center in that box. Did I get it right?
