Just when you thought the roller coaster was starting to settle down a bit.

We can thank California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for filing this lawsuit, this was an idiotic move and uncall for since trump said he was going to treat the daca kids with heart after he ended daca but I guess @AGBecerra wanted some attention.

I see this helping us. Trump and his admin acting to have this not go into effect will only add more pressure for them to get something done.

It’ll be some months before SCOTUS and an appeal goes through. How early can we apply? 6 months before permit expires?

I can see how they will not want to lose face on the issue, so they would fight to make sure it won’t go into effect, and say they want really legislatoion therefore getting a deal for daca. It’s hard to see them accepting this ruling and go, well, I guess daca is alive so let’s stop everything we want to get, including all that they talked about today.

Sessions' DOJ just responded. https://twitter.com/ZekeJMiller/stat...62898049921024

Relax everyone geez. This is a nice symbolic victory and that's it. Activists and some Congressional Dems have already said this doens't change any of the pressure and urgency.

Knowing the Supreme Court they won’t wait that long to issue an injunction.
