I'm probably the only one that thinks Trump is gonna include CIR + DACA in one legislation.

Feb 16th is the earliest possible date for them to review the injunction, I think it'll be overturned 5-4, courtesy of the stolen SCOTUS seat.

I may be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere the administration was not seeking the decision to be overturned. They simply want SCOTUS to assert the administration's right to wind down the program any way they see fit.

I would be shocked if this proposal isn't full of poison pills. Trump I'm sure had very little input on what's in it. This is Kelly and Miller about to present the ultra conservative wish list.

Democrats have been asking for the white house's demands for months, and they just kept stalling. Isn't it odd that now that the Senate is about to work on a compromise, the white house comes out with their plan? This is Kelly trying to make sure that the Senate will not be successful in coming to an agreement by putting out unrealistic demands.

It's disgusting. Kelly and Miller have got to go.
