Can I get some advice guys?
So I expire August 2019 and am trying to have my renewal sent by this Friday. I’m moving August 17, should I include that new address in my renewal app or no?

Send in your renewal after you moved, this way you don't need to go through the hassle of changing your address.

Well the problem with that is I’m trying to send it before August 8th because who knows what will happen with the Texas hearing.

Good idea. Probably my mom’s. So is it okay if my residential address is different than the mailing address?

Just use your mum's address as your mailing address and when you move change both of them to your new address. The address change isn't as much of a hassle as it used to be. mine took 1 day ( it updated on the online account). Worst case scenario, they mail the card to your mum if they don't change it when you don't change the address. Don't stress it. or if it makes you feel better, you can also use a p.o. box as your address but I would just use your mums since its free.
