I'm so glad I sent my renewal with Fedex this year.

Apparently, people who shipped using USPS have been having some issues like delays and lack of updates.

Oh shit. I sent my package with USPS yesterday. They gave me a receipt to check my proccess, but I haven’t had the chance to check how it’s going. According to the lady that helped me, the package should have made it today by 12:30 PM ......

I'm one of the ones approved without passport photos.

My case was accepted on 01/22, biometrics scheduled 01/27 and i still haven't received anything in the mail.
I just don't wanna miss my biometrics, I can't remember ever using my uscis online account , howover, it looks like I might have created one 2 years ago during my last renewal but I can't access it because I don't remember the password nor the safety questions to reset the password.

I'm one who WASN'T approved without passport photos (08/16). They sent me a letter saying that the photos were missing. I submitted the photos and they actually used the ones that were taken from the Biometrics. I guess they were just following protocol because it's listed as required documents.

I haven't received text or e-mail notification, but I logged onto my ELIS account and receipt numbers were there. I'll update my signature when I'm not on my phone.

First case I hear of this. Good thing I've always sent them.

It will get there (mine did- took 5 business days when should have taken 2)...USPS has been slower than usual for some reason. Luckily I'm in no rush since I don't expire until Oct.

Yeah, i believe you.

I did my first and second renewal WITHOUT passports photos. I sent them in this time, though. Just to be sure.
