I live in NorthCarolina, but yeah my Passport and matricula should be enough to show my date of birth. I just dont pay 40 dollars to have a copy translated and wait like 3 days..

Please sign, share, and comment this petition, hundreds of students' education is been jeopardize in Maryland by a sudden unlawful and un-justify decision from one of the most pro-immigrant colleges in the Nation. Montgomery College has decided to change tuition rates from In- county to out of-state for students that are DACAmented or have TPS. My education is on your hands. Please sign this petition its just two clicks away.

Your passport will be useless to be frank...
after 9/11 states only accept passport if it is valid AND stamped by INS with I-94 and since you're a dreamer this isn't an option

EAD card - SS card - and proof of resident (utility bill / college documents) is all you need for many states...
check out your state's DMV website

Well atleast you didn't mention birth certificate so i guess with EAD, SSN and a bill should be enough.. and maybe my state's high school diploma. right?

It's not that is hard... it's just that all DMV's are rude, and greedy mother fuckers! What if they ask me for my birth certificate, and its in spanish.. I'm just afraid there going to ask me for a translation copy of it. I hope not i hope my matricula and high school diploma is enough..

ok I checked out their website because you don't know how to google LOL JK
but according to them this is what you will need (for dreamers)...

1. Social Security card (must have)
2. Work permit (must have since we're all dreamers)
3. Official North Carolina school registration records signed by a school official and diplomas or GED issued by North Carolina schools, including secondary schools, community colleges, colleges and universities. (not required but will help)

(i'm sorry looks like your state does not accept foreign birth certificates but the first two items listed above will be enough)

and you must have 1 of the following that proves you are a resident:
1. Preprinted bank or other corporate statement
2. Apartment lease, housing contract, mortgage statement, etc.;
3. Utility bill (power bill, cable bill, water bill, etc.) or contract for utility service;
4. School records;
5. Letter from homeless shelter;

NC has this idiotic "Liability Insurance" requirement so if you don't want your license to be restricted to "fleet vehicles" You probably know more about this then I do but looks like you need to have insurance coverage before you get your license or pay $10 fee to remove the restriction in the future?

Hope this helps
