Still waiting too! Getting really anxious. my timeline is similar to yours.

Had an infopass appointment today. They told me that they got a message from USCIS headquarter on 8/5 that there's problem in their system which is delaying the case. As expected, the officer said there's nothing we can do but wait. But, looking at people getting approved starting on 8/6, I'm wondering if they fixed the issue.

Not going to lie, but I'm going to be one of them There is some of you guys that I remember from the beginning and glad to see are doing well. Hopefully this is the last time we have to go through this and next time we see each other on here will be to AOS!

I agree. Most of those who've been approved have probably already thrown up the deuces and won't be back until 2018.

As for me, I'm still waiting: I submitted my application on 4/6, did bios on 4/20. EAD expires 8/17.

I am new to this blog, but i would like to share my experience.

application recieved: 6/1/2016
BIO taken: 6/22/2016
EAD Exp: 09/15/2016 (which is also my 21st bday
Status: Pending

how was your, proceedings? did you get in contact with them to check the status of the case?

A lot of you lot did your bios already. I'm still waiting for my appointment. They received my app on June 2nd, I called USCIS and asked for a service request on July 7th, They sent me an email on the 19th saying the request was file (took them 12 days?) and that was the last I heard. I called back July 29th and told them what I did, and they said if I don't receive anything by the 8th (today), to call them back. I did just that, and now they said since the request was filed on the 19th, I have to wait 30 days from then to do another one...

So now I have to wait until August 19th to make another call, and my EAD expires Sept 15. At least some of you guys already did your bio and just waiting for the card production. This is starting to get at me >=(

Any advice or ideas?

I know exactly how you feel, even though i have had my bios taken we are on the same boat. I know what it's like living in fear it won't get approved in time and all i can say is to have faith that we will get it soon enough. I'm a banker so my work has already asked for my renewal. I am literally crying as i type this because i know everything that is at stake. Keep the faith and i will be praying for everyone!

I did not do anything crazy, submitted a question on the website and had the same generic response as the rest of you guys. However, I was prepared to do an E-request as today would have been the 105th day.
