Hello, Just checking in with you guys! I been very busy and we just had our first baby . Anyways, my priority date is 9/14/2016 and still waiting for our interview. NYC usually take 8-10 months to be interviewed. I hope ours will come soon.

I am so happy for everyone starting there process and ending there process with success

I recently got married to my AOS girlfriend

Waiting patiently for the marriage certificate which takes 6-8 weeks. I call every two days to check for updates but nothing yet.

After step is for her to apply for naturalization and then apply for me.

With regards to the other websites, the people said their status never updated from fingerprint fee received? What did they say about notification for their EAD?

I'm also in the same bucket as those who filed in Dec-Jan. My app was received 1/8/17 and I still haven't seen any updates for my EAD being approved or that my interview is ready to schedule.

88 days and counting

They just randomly get their interview appt in the mail.

hello all! got daca once. it expired before i could renew 2nd daca. I had some issues i had gotten a dui which i was able to bring down to a wet/reckelss and eventually (recently) dismissed (in california) but still shows up on DMV

so they approved me for the second daca eventually. Lost a good ups driving job. i know, i know really bad move on my part. anyway here i am doing AOS through my USC wife. we recently had twins (fraternal girls almost 5 months now). getting grandfathered in through parents 245i that they were petitioned for by my uncle (USC). my 2nd daca (current) expires in june so yea i think it will expire before i get another EAD. my employer hires mostly undocumented workers so im not in any risk to lose my job. coincidentally today a worker from the same company as i got picked up by ice at his house. im willing to go back to my country if it plays out like that so im not scared or anything. hopefully all goes well though and i can get a GC and a path to citizenship. will keep updated thanks!

Not sure that their site is very accurate. If you look closely, it says at the top of the table "Field Office Processing Dates for San Francisco, CA as of: January 31, 2017". I noticed it the second time i looked

Hey guys, just finished up with my packet. Needed, NEED, DESPERATELY IN NEED of you guys advice and suggestions.
I understand, some of us didn't have to fill out a I-130A if you got the forms printed prior to 2/27/17. You had to fill our form G-325A for each the wife and the husband instead.

Now, this is what I have so far:
Forms I-130, I-130A, I-485, and form G-1145 - for text/email updates.

On the special instructions page on the uscis website for I-130, it says..

"-If you are using the 02/27/17 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit a Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary.

-If you are using the 12/23/16 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit two Form G-325A, Biographic Information: one for you and one for your spouse. "

HOWEVER, in the instructions packet for form I-485, page 4, number 8. It says " you MUST submit a completed form
G-325A if you are between 14 and 79 years of age."

Now... CONFUSION BEGINS!! Do I fill our form G-325A or not?

FINALLY... form I-693. I have no idea what to do with this one. Can someone please explain it to me in as much detail as possible? Lol thanks.

Assuming you're adjusting through marriage and you came here with inspection (you were very vague) form I-693 is a medical examination you HAVE to get done by a CIVIL SURGEON. You're missing for I-864 affidavit of support. Evidence of bona fide marriage. Passport pictures. And I would fill out g325a for I-485 it's a separate form from I-130.
