Posting just to say I just found out I was approved! It happened just a couple of hours ago, soon after I received a "name updated" message from USCIS!

Hmm I just realized something. The last time they touched me and my brother case was 9/11 and today which is the 11 my brother got approve. Ugh I just hope I'm next. We did everything the same time.

I called uscis and spoke with a Level 2 rep and she told me that Cali is currently working on July 28,2012 applicants from other cases that I should here something within 30 days,yesterday I got a email of service request which I never did but this is what it said:

Because the work permit that has category "c33" means were from Deffered action, and some state's are allowing work Authorization, but if the permit has "c33" there not allowing it idk its prob a racist thing, lol

dang thats why i wanted t o get things rolling early before all this new legislation come rolling in. smh. but im still waiting. WHY ME??!!! ONE NUMBER BEFORE ME WAS APPROVED AND ALREADY GOT THEIR PAPERWORK IN THE MAIL. JUST ONE. WHY THE BLESSING COULDN'T ROLL OVER TO MEEEEEEE. SMH
